What attracted you to Truman?
I was attracted to Truman because of their great academic reputation. I came in wanting to go to vet school and Truman has a great acceptance rate for students applying to graduate and professional programs.

What do you like best about Truman?
I like the campus atmosphere. It is very relaxing and there are great places to go on campus whether it be to relax with friends or study between classes. Not to mention the compact size of the campus is great.

What do you like most about your classes?
I like that the class sizes are very small and the professors encourage you to take responsibility for your education by making classes interactive.

What do you feel is unique about Truman?
The faculty and staff take the time to get to know each student as an individual, which is not something you find on most college campuses. Especially within the ag department, I know that I can comfortably approach all of my professors and they will do anything and everything within their abilities to help me out.

Have you studied abroad, done an internship, or participated in undergraduate research?
Since I plan on going into veterinary medicine I have been an intern at two different vet clinics throughout my college career. I am currently working on some cattle research with Dr. Wehner.

What are your plans after graduation?
I plan on attending vet school at either Colorado State or Iowa State.
